Ok, so I'm getting ready to plumb the boat, the water off the pump is 3/8" IPS which will increase to 1/2" IPS before the pressure regulator, what hose fittings am I going to need to run up to my engine? What about from the T-stat housing outlet (1/2" IPS) to the Bassett Tee and to my headers? What type/size fuel line/fittings should I use? This ain't no race boat bit I don't want to use Home Cheapo garden hose either
Thanks fellas

Mine used to have -8 everywhere . I think if you run the 1/2 NPT and -8 , that will be plenty .

So the basset T valve is 8, are the water injection lines 8 as well?

Yes they are . The lines are 1/2 I think so get the 1/2 NPT to -8 fitting . I think :banghead:

Thanks for all the replies fellas, I found a local industrial hose company that sells 1/2" ID Oil/fuel/solvent resistant, 300 PSI, 300* hose for 1.90 per foot, it's push on and they have a full range of fittings & adapters to boot, hell they'll even make the hoses you need in the length you want and with the ends you need, I'm going there Saturday to check it out.........
