he is a politician, he already lied to everyone to get into office, wtf does he care,  he already admitted that alot of what he said to get elected is not going to happen

It will make it easier for us in the future.  We will be able to remember exactly "When Everything Went to Shit" 





Actually NO sane individual would have wanted this job at this moment in history.   I pray for the success of The One everyday, but he is SOOOOOO far out of his league and he doesn't even know it.

Hard to get my head around why this country (and our new Pres ) would/could spend a bizillion $$$ on a massive party , I belive it would have showed major class tho simple forgo , roll up sleeeves and get to WORK !!

Just be happy that the taxpayers aren't paying for the party. I think if that was the case NoBama might have opted to pass. I agree with you Tom, dude's got his work cut out for him, here's to hoping he can do some good and make some sense of the mess we're in.

No, I didn't vote for him, but since roughly 70% of the folks in this country did, he has my support.

I was curious about something..I saw on the news that at the inauguration he is going to be wearing "bullet resistant" clothes and speaking behind bullet proof glass...is this SOP?? or are they wanting something to happen     All these Presidents talk a good game but in the end its Congress who runs the country!

Does make me wonder though. Spending the millions on that party, giving the banking industry all that money that should have gone to us, and NOW how many billions is it gonna cost us to keep him alive?

I didn't vote for him either, I only know 3 people who did, that, in my estimation, makes a roughly 3% majority. Maybe I hang in the wrong crowds or everyone I know are rednecks??

First of all, just want to say thanks to JWBOYER21 for serving our great (allbeit screwed up) nation!!! Second, I wanted to voice something that has bothered me. The media has already labled Obama as the greatest president of our time long before he took the oath. Shouldn't we wait for years to make that judgement? A lot of people don't understand that quite a few presidents prior to Bush are responsible for our economy being screwed. The main culprit is Clinton, but it goes all the way back to Reagan deregulating a lot of things. I'm pretty conservative (I listen to Glen Beck and Sean Hannity daily lol) and I believe in common sense, so I wonder how people could vote for a person who turned a presidential race into an ethnic race. Just my $.02
