So i went to Lake Nacimiento , over memorial weekend. had the best time with this boat i have had! Sunday morning i woke up to a quiet lake , no one on it and i am only guessing it was 7 am. cant totally be sure but it was close enough for me! >:D Ran down to the beach , (kids and wife were still asleep!!!) fired the Kona up and made 2 passes! the last pass i looked down at the tach and it was bouncing at 4500 rpms. ( not poss that its accurate) So how fast do you all think that was???? just curious if anyone has some ideas????

no wind! it was perfect out. my pump is in good shape , may not be perfect, could have have pushed it harder , but did not want to lose another motor.

There are several GPS apps for smart phones. I've compared the one I have to several vehicles during road tests and found it to be very accurate.

Its a olds 455, stock bottom end. 5000 is max , for it. 4500 is a safe place to stay at.
