Title: how to measure

what is the best way to measure the interior, to make my own, where to measure from???? sub floor only! do i need seat bases? can you guys post some pics, ot headers, sub floor, want to run a bench. just looking for a little guidence/ thanks as always

If your just doing the floor I measure the whole footprint of the interio floor and then give about 1' extra. Thats just my .02 For the cost of carpet I would def make sure I had at least 1' extra all around, just makes for easy installation and no seams. 1 yard equals 54'' x 36'' same as vinyl.
