Title: HVAC Guy

Need a local HVAC guy in the O.C.  My BIL has this hair brain idea that HE can replace his A/C unit himself. Need an honest guy to come out and let him know what is really going on and hopefully fix what he has. Hit me up. Thanks in advance.

I use to live and work in lake forest but know in LB area but I am running some side calls on Monday if could be of help what all is the problem maybe able to help over the phone know that area really well and the system out there
