Title: i am buying my first home..
Post by: AQUAHOLIC on January 30, 2008, 06:32:19 PM
it just so happens to be owned by the guy building my motor. so guess what was added into the agreement.hahaha. i am paying 169 for the house it has a three car garage a seperate 2 car garage 3 bed 2 bath and a covered spot for my rv. In my original proposal to him he was to pay all closing costs. they just called me and said he would throw in my boat motor and the 100 gallon air compressor that is completely plummed in the 2nd garage if i split the closing costs with him. The motor was going to cost me 2k anyway. so i said this was fine. i am now officially a desert rat.... ridgcrest local

just wanted to let you guys know since the jet boat motor is offically part of the contract now. lol

Read AND UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING before you sign.  No shame in having a knowledgeble third party look it over, it would be money well spent just for the peace of mind.  This is the biggest purchase you will make in a long time.  Fantastic rates right now if you qualify (which is real hard right now) and that will save you BIG money in the long run.  Go for a 20 or even 25 year loan they are out there if you look.  And as the saying goes . . .

This thread is worthless without pictures  ;D          Seriously tho  Congratulations!!!

Southern Cali is the one of the areas that is expected to recover from the housing downturn last as their inventory of new is so high.  My .02 is that prices will continue to fall as they climbed for 3 years at unsupportable pace and so they will fall back to that point.  Banks can't afford to hold em and banks can hold out longer than owners.
