Hi ! I need some feedback from the boating world.
I have a 1974 Glencoe Jet with a 455 Olds with a Hardin Marine package and Jacuzzi pump. It is trailered on the original Donnell tandem axle trailer it came on when it was built. It is in sad shape. I had the engine rebuilt in 1999 and it has set for years at a time since then. The gel coat on the original metal flake is gone on the surfaces that get direct sun. The upholestry all needs to be rebuilt. I planned for years to put it into top shape but I will not get to do it. I am interested in hearing if this boat holds any value to anyone out there. Either as a boat to rebuild or just the trailer or the engine and pump. I am a long way from CA, I live in TX.
I would be grateful for any and all suggestions as to if it is likely to be worth anything to anyone.

1st you need to post pics
2nd Glencoe not popular or great hull, Olds yuk, Jacuzzi double yuk. It doesn't sound like you have any worthwhile parts there.
3rd you need someone who is willing to come get it and not charge you to take it away.
We tell it like it is here in So Cal :banghead:

theres nothing wrong with an olds motor. there great motors! just on the expensive side when things go wrong and proformance parts are not like a chevy or ford.as far as a glencoe boat seen them dont know to much about them.your jet is ok not great or what everyone wants but it does the job. need to see pics!
