That was my first thought too. But then i began to think of all the bad things that could have happened to this guy. He was 3X over the limit, that is pretty far gone if he has to swim for shore or something. And he was alone. To Protect and to Serve. I think they at least protected him. IMO

Charging him with a DUI is ridiculous, drunken in public should be the worst thing that guy faces, that's disgusting.
