Not boat related but AI must rant a little.
I sold my 1st home in Oregon few months back. I made a deal with the guy who bought it. He had a rough divorce and some credit issues but he worked with my uncle as a prison guard and he was supposed to be a standup guy. Anyways he moved is 3 months ago paid all his fees (closing etc.) and moved in. I carried the loan for him plus a little interest... anyways I have not got any money except the 1st month and when I called the title company they said they have not got any $$$ from him since the 1st month. So I log into my bank and I am $2700 down and about broke >:( >:(. On top of that I was gonna order $3000 in motor parts and buy a blazer for a smokin deal.... Now I can't find the guy I had a friend go by the house and he is gone. So now I am out $2700 and guess what its house payment day on both my homes. So now I am broker than Gary Coleman and MC Hammer and even ig I take this guy to court and win I still won't get any $$$ since he has none.

That totally sucks. Maybe your Uncle can get one of the prisoners there to take the money out of his ass. This doesn't help your pocket book though. Sorry man.
