Boating Pics from the East Coast Lakes.
« on: July 22, 2010, 02:27:16 PM »
First. The lake was packed, there were boats/skiers and tubers everywhere. I could not do much with my jet boat except kick some rooster tails. The sandbar has a lot of seaweed in it so the wife and I took a ride south to relax and do some swimming. Just floated around while hanging onto the boat. Water was cleaner and really warm more south. Then we headed back to the sand bar and saw this amphiboius car coming up the lake. It was pretty cool. It attracted more attention than any other boat there. One of the dudes in the boat had one of those horns like they had at the world cup they were getting chears as they headed past the sand bar while blowing the horn. It was pretty cool.

TJS -- I love the way you think!  >:D

I think that is the same car, numbers will change when the boat is sold across state lines.  C'mon, same exact model car, same white walls, convertible, same color and gloss of paint.   I say its the same car.    But I have been wrong many times before.    Hell I bought a 23 ft. boat with an Olds in it.   Bwah hah hah hah

No it is not the same car. They guy who owns it has had it for many many years and many years restoring it. I think he has owned it since early '70s.
