Title: Insurance question
Post by: tmorgan on November 22, 2015, 08:28:31 PM
I know I've seen a post about this before but can't seem to find it. AAA is no longer going to insure my boat do to its performance listing or some crap so I'm trying to find a new company I've had a hard time finding any of the big companies that will do it like geico etc any suggestions? Trying to find one that will allow me to do what I want AAA wouldn't let me run a tunnel ram or anything like that and said I couldn't run the Parker strip. So basically who are you guys using and looking for a decent rate hopefully

I have progressive on the Tahiti, but liability only.

Any of you guys have any luck getting full coverage? Like on an appraised value?

State Farm... They came out to my house an took pics. Then we came to an agreed amount on both boat an trailer. Mine is also titled as a CFZ... Which means CA home built due to a regel coat/title change prior to my ownership.

My Mother in Law is an insurance agent. PM me and I'll get you set up.

I've already told her about OT headers, forced induction and Nitrous and she said she will get every situation worked out.

Wish I would have known about this months ago, then again, I procrastinated regardless.
