Title: Is it possible to get from Laughlin to Havsue in a boat? How far is it?

Just planing out our weekend in laughlin and curious.

what style of boat??

yes it is, but it gets really shallow in places.. my friends did it in hiw eliminator one year.. took a whole 40 gallon tank to get up there... he had to walk the boat a few yards tho in a couple of spots...

yes, you can do it...its all open water in between .....theres a few sand bars to watch out for just out of havasu as you enter the mouth of the river. just stay to the cali side and you will be fine.

then once you get up towards big bend, just keep your eyes peeled for rock bars.

and of course as you pass the avi and harrahs ....watch out for wave runners. they are like fleas around there.

jet boats of course, maybe will try it. Will be sure to take along the gopro camera along
