Willow Valley AZ all jet boaters should own a place here. I can launch from our marina and depending on how I'm feeling that day I can either boat to Davis Dam (Laughlin) or Parker Dam (south end of Havasu). I don't know of any other place on the Colorado that you can boat that many miles.

I Agree 100% I've got a place on the water AZ side just up river from the needles bridge / directly across from Rainbow RV park.  It's awesome to be able to launch from our house and we got a few garages too!

Are you the last property on Dike Rd before the Indian Land. Me and my wife went south on Dike Rd today past the Indian Land we came to a locked gate where we had to turn around and your pictures look like the exact property.

I don't know! I went up to Tri state and shot skeet and trap this morning and actually had to where a VEST because of the chill in the air so this west coast weather isn't all its cracked up to be! Lol!

Thinking I might have to go for spin tomorrow should be close to 80 deg. Been jonesing real bad lately. The weather is why all the snowbirds flock here every year at this time. But their not to sure what to think of a uncorked hot rod cruising through the channel. A couple raps of the throttle gets their attention.....

Very cool. I'm not a full timer but I get out there almost every other weekend. I bought the property back in 2000 with some family members. Life is good at home but better on the river!
