Could be was not sure if it was "vacation time" phone company screw up or what. I will keep trying to catch up with him.

Post by: jet boat performance on June 29, 2009, 09:05:58 PM: OK so Saturday with the cross town shop final move "eminent", I realize there's not a frikken phone jack, plug box or ??? anywhere to be found on the new "digs" ???? so knowing that ATT is going to make the switch between new and old buildings Monday at 8 am , I decided to delay the change over! Guess what, No HELP for business phone services on the weekend ! ?? Finally after 30 min on hold Saturday(my blood pressure around "300") I get Ahmad in North Hollywood (right!). Ahmad says he can "stop" the order and everything will stay the same and we can reschedule! Guess what, NOT! Monday I decide to double check. I get David in Palo Alto ATT says yeah everythings COOL and back to normal, "we'll install 3 new lines and DSL Friday 7/3 at the new shop. Guess what (Josh to Dad 10:00 am today) WTF!! is going on with the phones, everythings dead .... 4 Frikken composite hrs in ATT rotary loops getting jack off bullsh*t and 1/2 day without phone service at JBP (we get a call about every 3 to 5 Minutes,about 150 to 200 calls a day ) the phones are back up! BUT Thats Not all , none of the "ansulary services work " now I find that in the ATT flailex they gave me assigned me default PIN # BUT they wont tell me over the phone they have to "MAIL" it to me !!! Now I call Corporate ATT customer relations , after threats of legal action and me finally blowing my stack they reinstate my PIN (Nice little French lady "Mercedes" from the ATT Vice Presidents cust relations staff. Now everythings seems to work !
Oh then I get a call around 7pm "hi this is repair services we hear your having a problem :banghead:

NO less than Twenty call , hours on hold with Sh*tty Jazz/Porno music on hold , condescending placating insincere, job "doers" whop dont really care but say "were sorry your having problems sir... Must be nice to have sooooo much business that its doesnt really matter

Bottom line , thanks to all my loyal freinds and customers for your patience ! ;) Tom
