Title: Jet sprint boat racing

Has anyone ever driven or raced those little lite high HP jet sprints? I want to buy one not sure if I want to travel and race the circuit but more for just want to have fun on the lakes and river with it.

I have a buddy that has four of them. Without question, the most fun you can have sober.

If it were me. I would see about getting one with a 120 hp Sport Jet.

I was looking at some that had any where from 700 to 1100hp in a 350 pound 15' boat. Looks hella fun.

My buddies race boat has a turbo charged quad rotor. I believe 800 hp at like 200 pounds.

The thing is scary.  The sport Jets are more for recreation, but cost about an eighth as much. Still fun as hell.

Cheaper is better.
