Doc this is the absolute wrong time of year for me to be handicapped for 4 or 5 days (access to work bays) The area super says : "its the cost of doing business" My atty says " its bullsh*t and called "contructive eviction" and interference with anticipated commerce" , Geezus H ....! Oh well the potential new digs are less $ more parking and much bigger Tom

Says its "work that needs doin" and he cant do it in the "rainy season"  (Sept to march)  Ca Is in the third major drought year in recent history , my area got 14 inches all F*kin year The guys a Kook the complex  is gonna look like a ghost town!

Just keep those cameras pointed out in the parking lot so when one of those loaders hits a boat you have proof. Spray the dirt down once and while and hopefully it wont be so dusty. Good luck Tom

Belive me Guys this had been a miserable experience after 15 years of loyal tennacy and paying rent on time This guys a KOOK ! (what doesnt kill ya makes you stronger )
