Thought I would take a moment to introduce my self. My name is Rob, I have an 88 Baker tunnel. I am new to this site but not new to the boating world. I have been going to the river for over 40 years. The same spot to be exact. As well as my entire family, actually since the early 50's. Anyone that is familiar with the lower river (not Blythe), we are between what was Red Rooster and Water Wheel. The house on the hill, just up from Shaggy Tree. So any of you that happen to be in the area and were there stop by and visit. Thanks and I'm proud to say that I'm a part of this forum.

Welcome. You'll have to stop by on the next Big River trip. I'd like to check out your Baker as I'm sure others would as well. I drive a boring 77 Hallett Mini Cruiser. ;)

For some reason my pictures won't upload

Welcome to SCJB ;D
The pic problem is normally due to size. Resize them to a smaller scale and they should go without issue.

Having difficulties from the phone. May have to actually fire up the old computer

I have an 87 Baker Tunnel, yours is the second one besides mine that's a jet! I've seen several with whackers. I always wondered how mine would look as an open bow. I'm planning to re-paint ours next winter. We usually hit one of the sandbars after the no ski buoys. I was thinking of going this weekend, but I think we might head to SD and escape the heat instead. Hope to see you out there sometime!!!
