The description says "marine" ....
What makes you think it wouldn't work.

Typically these pans start out as a truck pan. a vdrive pan is too. Both the truck and vdrive pan would not work, at least in my boat.
the driveline angle was so severe, you'd destroy the h-bar, and that was having the deep pan(s) directly on the bottom of the boat and intake hosing. The crankshaft centerline was ~1" higher than the pump shaft centerline. (berk jc & 4 pt. mt. bbc, 21' eliminator day cruiser)
jacuzzi WJ was the same way, with a truck pan.
With a chevelle pan, I have roughly 1/2" between pan and intake.
A chevelle/corvette pan is shallower than these pans. a Mercruiser or vdrive has 3"-4" below the (truck/offshore/vdrive) pan, and would work fine with these drives.
Find the depth of the pan, 7.5" (~7.75" w/pan gasket) worked for me.
an 8" (~8.25" w gasket) might work.
But then what do I know, I learned the hard way.
