Title: looking for a good/honest mechanic in las vegas/henderson area

no need for a mechanic for that. theres a few of us in the area who can help ya out.

When do you want this done by? where are you located in town? I am more than willing to help out. Are you willing to make a run to the lake? I got a box of jets so we can get it dialed in under load.

I just hate knowing that its not running and couldn't jump up and go out if I wanted to. Plus its dirty and I want to polish it up but don't wanna waste my time on the engine until the carb is done lol. Just let me know when and I'm on the way! Thanks again!

Post by: msrn702 on January 26, 2012, 08:23:23 PM: Also I think the jet sizes are ok I rebuilt it cuz a vacuum leak so maybe set the floats and adjust the air/fuel mix and idle? Or we can check them out cuz I actually don't even remember the sizes.

oh thats easy stuff. i will be in the garage today (friday) and tomorrow (saturday) workin on various stuff. swing by whenever it works for you. I'll PM you my number.
