Just like I stated on other threads its still pending.

Sorry to sound snappy, but your the 100th person to bug me about this. I wish I could have answers, just too many other events happening the same weekend or around the weekend I had originally chosen. Now I have to wait to see when other events (races mainly) are going to take place.

Last year I had booked an event that got over run by a race.....the river was closed and the hotel got sold out. it was just enough inconvenience to a bunch of people that they didnt want to even come. its better to wait and find a happy medium for everyone.
