I currently have logs that go to OT pipes how much would I gain if I went to headers.   This is my current set up. I have a SBC making 550 HP

How do you know you're making 550 HP? and at what RPM?

The difference will be modest given you have the OT pipes. I would say likely worth about 5-10%

My motor builder said it should make between 550 and 600. I think it's making that HP around the 6000-6500 rpm range. I am turning an A impeller to 5400. So it's pretty close according to the impeller chart and I'm not running the carburetor my builder recommended. But that's coming soon.
