Some guy in Texas trying to sell this old piece for 2k! Has he lost it or is this boat really worth something?

He used to have a shop here! Had some decent looking boats he did. I was just wondering if he has gone as nuts as I thought or if this was some super special boat that I didnt know about!

 Its tough to tell from the pic, but if its a wood decker it could be a beautiful boat.  After someone tore it down to nothing and spent enough to build 6 other boats on it.  ;)

 Just because its old doesn't make it cool, it just means its old and probably full of rotted wood.

My buddy has a super super clean  all original mandella that his grandpa bought new. this boat has never slept outside since 1964. it still has the original ford fe motor. id pay anything for his boay and know there is a hell of a following for them but that one in the add looks to be beyond saving.  I found a pic of my buddys boat his grampa is drivng it (the original owner) just a few months before he passed on.
