The city of San Brenadino has made it illegal to sell a single container of beer (16 - 24 - 40oz) They say the have statistics directly linking crime to the single container beverages . Of course the stores stilldont comly and there is a $100 fine and repeat offenders can have the license pulled .

that is gay i freaking buy the three pack of 24oz buds for the ride home
-
From what I understand it is already an existing state law, just no one enforces it. Seems kinda silly but it is there.
-
Interviewed the clerk and the guy says , " They have to buy a six and pack and they drink it , they will get more drunk than just buying a single . " I'll tell you what . On my friday rides home . A dozen gets us haf ways home . They just made the problem worse . They probably just dont like people walking around with the 24oz paper bag is all . Fukers !

Who the hell drinks a 40 and thinks that they are going to start some shit? Maybe after they drink 3 or 4, but why not just buy an 18wheeler at that point.
-
I'm glad I don't live there. What a BS law. Tall cans (24 oz) are the way to go. They can make a long work day shorter. ;D
-
Luckily for now the law isnt being enforced and I'm sure all the cops want to do is start hitting one liquor store after another .
