I wish I could move to the river also. Lack of good work is what keeps me from doing it. On 2nd thought if I happen to win mega millions on Tuesday I'll be there on Wednesday!! :)8)

I've been thinkin bout big river area and rent it out in the winter and go in the summer

When we bought our place at Martinez that was the plan , ended up buying a jeep and went every other weekend all winter .

It sure sounds great. Real estate is dime a dozen even in havasu it seems... At least there a guy could take a chunk of money, buy a nice house and have a garage to protect all the toys. With a low ass mortgage hell, I could work at home depot and make the payment and put gas in the boat.

This idea will fly like a lead balloon and go over like a fart in church with the woman.

what i seen.....was there is NOTHING in parker just the river! no food no home cheapo NOTHING.. i eat good...real good ....i'll just visit myself ...and next time im bringin my bbq and some food!!! lol
