It has no numbers on it anywhere and no license plate and no title where do I start ?

Take it to DMV as a new one and tell them that you built it and get a vin for it. Call And make a appointment

I would say this is the best idea. The way I did it was the same but 3rd party and it cost 400 bucks.

That's pretty steep.. 400 bucks. One on my neighbors is a cop and he said to take it to chp tell them I can't find the pink and it doesn't have a vin and he said they will give me a new vin for it he said he thinks it will be under 100 bucks I guess we will find out.

Yeah 400 was a lot. I ended up getting the paper work on trailer after that also so spent the cash and never used the vin. I sold the trailer a few weeks back

Or if you have triple A, they have helped me out a lot and no long lines. Usually nicer people too
