I need to re-hab the trailer under my 20' Spectra.   I thought all I was going to do was replace the wooden runners.  But the more I look at it, the more I think either this isn't the right trailer, or it just no longer fits the hull correctly.  Is that even possible?  The hull appears to sit about a millimeter off of the fender on one side and not really down inside of the fender on the other side.   It is a Road Runner trailer I believe.
Are there any mobile welders/fab guys near Moreno Valley that might be able to take a looksie and tell me what I need?   I have a lot of time in the beginning of January and would like to get this project moving.
