Hmmm.  I have a 1977 Hallett Mini Cruiser. Have I by chance seen your 77 Hallett at one of the outings?  If not, you need to get your ass in gear.  How about some pics.  I don't post pics of my sled but others have been known to.  I look forward to meeting up and seeing your boat.  Have a safe 4th.
The Hallett Dave.  :)

No I don't think you've seen my boat. I've only had it 6 weeks and its only been out in Long Beach and in Elsinore.

Here's a shot from this weekend.

Lol is the 23 mini a rare find or something? Forgive my ignorance. I'm trying to learn all I can about my Hallett. But at the price and condition... Plus the fact I fell in love with the looks, I had to have it.

I also new to SCJB I'm trading for a 79' Eliminator bubble deck and hope to be hanging out at lost lake on Friday/Saturday it's red with white stripes. You guys are one of the main reasons I'm getting back into Jet Boat hope to see you guys there. Maloney

Well that trade didn't happen why can't people bring what say they have. I know lets post pictures on Craigslist  of when the thing was first built then go hammer it for a couple seasons and act like its the same new built. I'm not losing faith though I know there's still some honest people out there. I'll get the right one!!!

Story of my life man... Can't tell you how much trash I've driven miles to see. It's like they think I won't turn around and go back because I'm already there. One time I actually made some kid pay me my gas money for his BS claims. There's good people out there! Just got to weed them out.

I hear ya, I flew into Miami one time to pick up an Anniversary Trans-Am I had bought on eBay. The young lady picked me up at the airport and took me to her home where she had a V-6 Firebird with Trans-Am Anniversary badges and stripes. She tried to make me pay, ended up calling her brother who was a lawyer, which was good cuz when he got there he read the ad, made her give me back my deposit, buy me a plane ticket home and take me to the airport.  Was close, I almost got stuck with that clapped out V-6 Firebird. Now I always get a VIN, but even that is no guarantee.
