If you have noticed, there's something new going on with the front page.
We now have our own social network. Kinda like face book, but not really. It ties into the forums and will post status updates if someone changes their signature or avatar. you can also change your status from there as well. Think of your status as your mood, whats on your mind, etc. Its displayed under your avatar in your posts. Also, it displays new topics that are made.
You can like/dislike things and comment on each of these updates.
Additionally, the new and improved SCJBbay (auctions) are up and running. The front page will display the last 8 auctions added to help drive traffic to the auctions as people add stuff. As of right now, theres no auctions, so head over there and put your stuff up on the chopping block! The Best Part = its FREE.
On the down side, there is still some formatting that needs to be done on the front page. I did my best to keep things looking about the same because i know everyone hates change, but theres still some things to tidy up.
....and as always, if you guys notice any quirks or anything, please let me know. I cant fix it if i dont know about it! ;)

is there any way we can have more control of the auctions like end early feature? or editing the auction itself?
i really like the new format, but it will take some time to get used to! on a side note, and this is just preference, but i like if all of the font is the same size, but like you said you still got some formatting to do

please elaborate more as to what you mean.
You should be able to edit the auction up until the first bid is placed. after that, you can just comment/post on it to make any addendum to your auction

Is there any way you can make it so we can click on avatars and see a bigger picture of them? Some people you cant really see what the avatar is and there is no way to make it bigger.

ok maybe just an end early feature...i dont recall but was there a best offer feature? maybe i missed it with the scoops, and didnt add it ??? i should probably add that i have never sold anything on ebay, and am unaware of how to use that as well!

Maybe like on ebay if you hover the mouse on the little binoculars it blows the pic up.

also, whats cool is when you post a new item in the auction, it creates a thread in its related category in the forum to help advertise your item. :thumbup:
