Title: Newbie!

New to the site. Just picked up my first jet boat. It's a 76 Hallett Bubbledeck. BBC, Berkeley pump. First trip is gonna be for memorial weekend in Laughlin. Should be some fun.

Atta boy! Welcome to Socaljetboats / Socalvdrives that's a nice boat you got there but what's up with that hideous interior and sparkly intake manifold get that shit on the water so I can make sure it's safe for you to drive

Thanks guys.


Decided to pull the intake and sand blast it. Someone decided to paint the inside of the intake, and the paint is peeling. Don't want a headache down the road.
