hey everyone, as thetopic says im new here..never owed a jet before but been around and owed boats before. i love all the info gained here thanks ..i recently purchased a jet after many years of saying to myself, i gotta have one of those. i bought it as a project, hence all the reading. unfortunatly i dont live near cali anymore. used to be in poway ca near san diego. heres my new winterr project. 1980 sleekcraft sst 20 ft. no motor berkley jg drive. im currently working on a bbc .... gen 6 block .   088 ported polished heads. ...question anyone know about these boats ?  any info is helpful...thanks fellow jet boaters...john i tried to post pics but it wont let me

The good thing about getting an SST as a first jet boat is you won't have to upgrade any time soon.  Good score.
