Decided to go ahead and do an intro. Planning to move, leaning towards Las Vegas area or maybe even flee too Canada. Job has me temporarily stuck in Washington State. Not a fan of small town living. ;D
Thinking of up grading into a better, faster, jet boat. Or redoing mine that was really an inexpensive way to get on the water two years ago. Originally wanted Donzi 22 Classic and eventually move up into a Cigarette Cafe. But find jet and V-drives more fun, lot less money to play with as well. ;)

Canada; Kelowna, employed by a Canadian company with projects. So don't need a job!
Vegas. Would need to find some kind of work. So might just keep it along with places like Shasta as vacation spots.
1977 Marlin with SBC is current boat. Selling a bunch of stuff priced well for the economy, parting out a few cars. So hopefully by end of June I'll have more boat and vacation cash! Entering 30's and single, so like places with lots of bikini clad Women.......................

You said it dude. Diversity.....an old wooden war ship used during the Civil War..........

Let me think.... a place with lots of Bikini clad women. Umm It would probably be warm.......... and have some water somewhere close. And a place with a lot of money........ How about SOCAL!
Welcome brother. Vegas is fun to visit but I hear it is a crappy place to live. 30's and single.....you could die if you moved there.
-
Like Socal.... But I've become accustomed to inexpensive living.
Vegas is like a third world country with Women and entertainment is about the same pricing as Thailand!
Also lucky that I look 23/4 and let them assume that as well! ;)
Like my job cause its easy not many hours and good pay. But only have projects going in Canada. Kelowna is desert hot for spring/summer, etcetera. Nor Cal is not that bad driving distance wise.

Thank gawd I'm moving anyplace but here in WA! Small rant: bought one pack smokes, pack gum and a coke, $10.17 was my total--and no the coke was pop not drugs.................... Don't care how rich you are thats focking expensive!
-
You need to lay off the gum ;D
-
Don't start chewing that cost me 6 bucks a can, but no gum required
-
glad to meet you zudnnic...

B.C has some good rental properties--
Unique and very private & executive 5 bedroom house, 2.5 baths, large kitchen with island, gas fireplace, family room, living room separate dining room and games room, d/garage in-ground pool & hot tub $2500
In U.S dollars current exchange that $2,000 per month and its 3.5 acres of land--have two Rottweilers. Downtown Kelowna is 3.5 minutes away-- Sac is a day drive away--with stops at Shasta--cheap flights red eyes into Vegas and house near airport.
Drawback--the hooker, drug addicts and other related problems are pretty out of control in British Columbia. BC guess they are liberal on all drug problems--hard drug users are treated as a health not legal problem. So property crime is extremely high and strict gun laws, makes it likely I'll end up in jail before real criminals would! But good river and huge lakes are all over the place---so still weighing if its worth it.

WELCOME ;D
