Thanks for the warm welcome Tom!!!  I appreciate all of youy knowledge!!!! For everyone else...I feeel like I know all of you.  I have been reading all the threads, looking at all the pictures, etc. and have learned alot just from that.  I am not new to boating.....I have lived on 80 foot houseboats, had mastercrafts, Donzi's, etc.  2 years ago  bought my first jet boat.  Fell in love immediately.  I am addicted.  I will post some pics when I figure out how.  I am from Atlanta, GA....Lake Lanier.  If anyone has been watching the news, we have no water.  Out of 120 public ramps....12 are now open.

Again, I really enjoy reading about everyones issues, resolutions, etc.  This is a great website

Unfortunaly I am starting to think the same thing, LOL.   I do have a question thought. I am asking these questions because there are very jet boats out my way.  What would you consider a bad hook.  1/12 of an inch, 1/ of an inch, etc.

I really think I may get fired from my job from spending too much time this websit!!!!

Welcome to the site. I have a 3 pt in one of my boats and its fine, no complaints. I've even slamed it into waves / wakes so hard that the motor flames out, no problems. It just doesn't look as cool as the other boat.

Josh my research shows nothing for the search "Colorado custom" BUT! it could be that thats what happens in Colorado when a title gets issued to a boat with out an original title ?? Calif calls it "special constuction" give me the serial number (upper right of the transom) and I (or anyone here can run it thru tthe Coast guard Data base (PM it if your more confortable) Tom

Welcome BTW see I told you these Guys don't Bite !  ;D

Yes it does.  there are very few jet boats my way, when I pull into Cocktail cove, where there are usually about 1,000-2,000 boats raising hell.  Everyone stops what they are doing and just stares.  Even the meat-heads in the half million $ cigarette boats!!!!!!
