Post by: AQUAHOLIC on August 30, 2012, 07:33:40 AM: yep. 77 fj40. its in pretty good shape. the body is a little rough with some rust spots. but ever corner is available in the aftermarket so i am just going to replace the 4 corners and running boards and it should be solid.

Its on my trailer outside of work right now. and i am not allowed to take pics on base due to gov security where i work. But i can take a pic at lunch.

I think i can get one from the craigslist add. hold on

Post by: AQUAHOLIC on August 30, 2012, 12:39:19 PM: besides for body repair and just overall freshing up this thing is pretty much staying how it is. I didnt want a monster rock crawler just something fun to hit the trails and see the sights.

I think my full size bronco will be living at the river place and this little gem will be staying with me up here in ridgecrest.

Gonna small block it? Put bigger axles in it? still a 3 speed? a 465/205 combo works nice in them
