Title: OK, 2009 New Years resolutions?

Gonna start telling people straight up what I think.

Gonna start giving people who ask, my honest opinion instead of what they want to hear (applies mostly to mid-upper managment)

Gonna "give less" of myself and try and learn to "take mine" when it's deserved, this has been a problem all of my life, so I consider it a tough one.
