after all this trouble with my truck I think I might be ready to call it quits :banghead: what do you guys think
-
I've seen guys with one broken leg on a motorcycle but never two :screwy:
It all depends one which one will give you the most pleasure.
Good luck with the choice.
-
No , cause it dont have a/c and no seat for Pee Dub to sit on ;D

I don't know dude, sounds like laziness on some other people's parts that have been causing your problems with the truck. Personally, I like the truck but bikes are cool too.
-
Ditch the Truck go for the Scooter!
-
Both ! You can never have to many toys. :screwy:
-
the truck seems like its caused more problems in your life then its worth...and its not even completed yet.
just buy a harley.....not a project...go find a completed one to your liking and enjoy it.
-
Even if the truck was "finished" It will probably nickle and dime you to death with the details . As much as I love that truck ......... :-\

sell them both and buy a (running) jet boat! >:D
-
just don't rush to a decision, obviously it will be awhile before you can enjoy either one of them

I may be a little biased as I sold my bike last year to buy my boat......... I've been riding for a very long time and came to the conclusion that riding isn't as safe as it used to be...... people in cars have way more going on now than they did 25 years ago...... cd players, cell phones, texting..... hell I once came up on a guy in a Lexus with a laptop computer open in front of his steering wheel. I also drive an 18-wheeler and can't tell you the countless times iv'e seen people on the freeway with books or even the sports page open on the wheel while going 65mph. This was a very personal choice. There are times that I still wish I had one but I think the cons outweighed the pros...... at least for me.
Good luck with your choice,
Danny

Thats the exact same reason I sold my bike. I had already been hit and after I got over the jitters from that accident people kept trying to hit me! Road rash is a bitch, not to mention if you think two broken legs hurt..... Sell the pre runner and get your boat runnin. :)

I just got in an accident almost a year ago and almost killed myself. Old people dont know how to look out for motorcyclists. I still have my project bike that I havent worked on since I crashed but I dont think I will be doing much riding as long as I live in Southern California. Too many stupid drivers. Now all my money goes towards my boat. Motorcycles are cool dont get me wrong but a loud, fast clean looking boat will turn alot more heads. Especially the type of boats that we are into. Its easy for some yahoo to go to Ultra or Kachina or Magic and drop way too much money on a boat thats way too big for the river.

I agree, street bikes are too dangerous. I stick with riding dirt bikes and playing with my jet boat. All I have to worry about is a drunk in a 500hp sandcar tryin to run me over or the the ahole with the jet ski tryin to drive under my boat! :banghead:

im still undecided its hard to part with this truck :-[

I hear ya. Tough call. I'm going through dirt bike withdrawals right now. Sold my CR500 in December with plans to work some ot and buy a new KTM this summer, but overtime is dryed up at work. I was going to get a bike with my summer bonus, but saw the seats Luckie Stiff is building so decided to buy a set for my boat instead. I also want to paint my boat this winter so may be a while before I'm back on a bike. Right now I just ride shotgun on my gf's lifted golf cart. It's pretty badaxx but it's not the same as riding a two stroke dirt bike. I'd love to have a jeep or pre runner to play with, but right now I got too many projects not to mention all the stuff my gf wants done to the house!!! :banghead:
