Just got back from Mexico. Went to pick up the Suburban and it wasn't ready when I got there. He said 2 hours and we came back in 3 (Mexican time and all

) He wasn't at the shop nor was my truck. Waited until 9:30pm (about 2 more hours)and he drove up in the truck. He went to try and deliver it to my friends house. So by this time since it was a 3 hr drive to the border plus 1-3 hrs at the border I decided to accept an invitation to a family reunion. It was a blast being the only white guy in a tiny town party. Put away quite a few tecate's and a six of negra modelo, ate authentic barbacoa (cooked underground) watched some rodeo style horse dancing, and did I mention drank a lot of beer

So truck is finally home, I have a tow vehicle again. Now I just have to hope my engine parts come sooner than Summit is anticipating. I am really jones'in for some water contact.
