(https://www.socaljetboats.com/cpg/albums/userpics/10034/cool%2520photos.gif) I was up that way a few years ago when my company used to do the finish work for Baja Fresh . We did the one in Berkely and took an afternoon to go check out the bridge and what not . I'll tell you what , Nothing in my life has set a deeper sadness deep inside of me than driving through San Fransico . What a run down dump . Very doom and gloomish . Your pics are bad ass though Chaz !

You should see it from my perspective, i work for a mechanical contractor, I have seen some real dumps, really is a shame to see some of the worlds most known landmarks run right into the ground.

Great pics.
I think I would have a hard time living north of SoCal due to the gloomy feel when it is overcast or rainy. Luckily it doesn't stay that way too long around here.

Really cool pics, I've never been to SF but I've heard it does have it's cool spots...... Good luck with the job search

The weather started out perfect, but by 3 when the bridge pics were taken it got very windy and cloudy. By 5 it was misting rain and kept that up until we left at 9. There are some really nice looking areas, but the cost of living there is so out of hand I was told I would have to live 1 -1 1/2 hrs out of town to keep my housing prices similar to San Diego. :banghead: This is definitely the last place on my list for job choices (if I get a choice :sly:)

I think it's cool to see all of them there. Why would you want to mess with them ???
-
Not so much as fuk with them but if you wanted to dock . Your shit outta luck . Most of the fisherman say there are a hazard and a pest . I dont think you can do anything to them even if they jump on your boat . Just let them run rampant I guess.

That cracks me up, living in "Gods country" has you a little conditioned, we used to use the saying "enough blue sky to make a sailor a pair of pants", you have brought it right down to a "G" string.. ;D BTW thats not blue sky, that is a hole in the ozone >:D

I used to go fishing from San Diego, not anymore. Tired of dealing with the f'ing seals. They steal your bait, steal the fish while your trying to reel it in. They've been known to jump up on boats and attack fishermen for their catch. You used to be able to bat them away, fire blanks, etc. now you can't and they're numbers are booming out of control now that the environmentalists have protected them. It's a big issue with fishermen.

Hey Chaz, have you tried Centinela or Calipatria? They're always short people!
-
I don't think I have gotten any requests from them yet, but a lot of the employment inquiry letters I get go to Sacramento rather than the hireing location so I don't know. I had a very good interview yesterday in Susanville (California Correctional Center) and another in a couple weeks at the Sierra Conservation Center in Jamestown. San Quentin was just an exam on use of force so I don't think I will get that one. I rank teir 2 for the position so I get a lot of letters of interest hopefully someone offers me a job before I go broke traveling all over the State for interviews :-\. At least the budget got signed finally; the hireing freeze should be lifted soon.
