Title: Pizza anyone ???

I've been lookin for a pizza place that puts on a show. There is a place close to my house where they would toss the dough but nothing like this guy.

The Ol"lady use to say "I want good pizza like that" every time that commercial came on till I said "You know every booger, Poop, pee or piece of dirt that's on his hands or under his fingernails is in that Pizza" Now when It comes on we both say "EEeeeewwwwwwwww".... :) :). I don't like strangers touching my food with out gloves, I don't even like people breathing on my food.
We do go to "Ichiban" A Japanese restaurant that they make the food in front of us, I have tried so many times to throw a egg in the air and catch it while breaking it with the edge of a spatula over a frying pan, breaking the egg into the pan but keeping the shell on the spatula that Sandy tells me not to try it any more I'm wasting to many eggs.. :) That chief does it every single time, I watch him from the bar waiting for a table and Never seen him F@ck one up. Guy is amazing. I asked him and he said it's a "Ancient Japanese secrete" with a ;).. :) Roy

Being a pizza lover/addict/fat guy I live equal distance between two of the best pizza places in SoCal. If you are ever coming home from the river or Elsie and passing thru Mo Valley check out Chicago Pasta House. They invented "stuffed" pizza but don't call it that (they get pissed cuz it is a trademarked name). It is so thick and huge it takes about 40 minutes to cook :o My advice is don't eat more than 3-4 pieces or you will be way too uncomfortable when it is time to leave. We call ahead coming home and it is ready when we get there. The other place is A.J. Barilles in Yucaipa. They have won to many national competitions to mention for taste. The crust is brushed with garlic and the toppings are top notch. The wait on a Fri/Sat. can be over an hour just to get in and they probably have 20-30 tables inside. You may have seen the billboard on the 10 nearby. Like they say "the crust is addictive. You've been warned."
But just to not jack a good thread, sorry Omar, no show other than a cute waitress or two.
