some of you know my pop's and some dont. any way he has been on dyalisis for the past 8 years waiting on a kidney transplant, well we just got the call that there is a perfect match donor and he is on the way to the hospital as i type. so please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

That's probably one of the greatest phone calls your family could of ever received!

Great news.

Just last month one of my Scouts had a kidney transplant and is doing great.

I havent been able to stop thinkin about this since I received your call this morning ralph. This is awesome.

Just a few weeks ago I renewed my drivers license and for the first time, I marked myself as a donor. Situations like this make me very proud to be one.  :thumbup:

Awesome news...when my grandpa passed a week ago we decided it was best to donate everything we could...hoping for a speedy recovery

I know what you mean Brad. I became one right after I found out Cindy's lung, kidneys and liver were used for used for transplant patients on the list.  ;)

On that note, I don't think my liver could be used for anything more than a door stop or wheel chock, but the rest of me is fine!  :thumbup:

I had an uncle that needed a transplant and help never arrived, this is huge...

well boy's, we were on our way all test's past except the pulmonary dr. and well he would not give the go ahead so they gave the kidney to some body else...

we are very sad at this point and pending more pulmonary testing only time will tell..
