the grand poobah and texas are getting hitched on saturday (i heard it was a shotgun wedding...lol) they are from texas..... ;D
so give some shout outs to the happy couple!!! ;)
i ordered me a shiney new eyepatch to go with my pirate outfit for the wedding...arrrrrrrgh!

Enjoy the rest of your life, cuz its all gonna be different now buddy. Take your vows seriously, rough spots come and go and staying together for 15 or 20 or more years takes work but it is so worth it. ::)

thank you everyone for the kind words! today is the big day and i cant wait. ive been pacing all over the house all morning trying to find things to burn time....the plan was to swim and nap out by the pool, but the fockin neighbor has been using a jackhammer in his back yard since 8am. >:(
We had the rehursal and rehursal dinner last night...it was a good time, looking forward to more of that tonight.

Hahaha quick update from last night...boy we did some drinking last night...me especially...anyway chromey put me up to some stuff...then the mermaid bar...best part is I ended up in omars room for some room service food...best part is I never got food I woke up @ 9am passed out in his chair ...didn't even sleep in my room last night wtf? I can't wait till tonight

I said it before in another thread, and I'll reiterate it here, Congratulations Jen and Brad! You two are one of the cutest and most compatible couples I have ever seen! You're gonna be just fine.
I know you've been together awhile, but now being legally required to attend puts a new spin on a lot of things. Brad I'm sure already knows all about the toilet seat and the hers and hers closets and all bathrooms in the domicile. And now she has vested interest in all things that were once B-Rad, lol. But that is good in this case.
Spent a very limited amount time with you guys, but I can see a couple of things. You adore each other, and you respect each other. Other that that, nothing else really required except have a happy 50 years together! and I beleive you will.
My late wife would have NEVER climbed into any race boat I may have built, hell, she'da killed me over how I built the Moo! Slow and steady, and no open headers she woulda wanted! She woulda been just fine with it, watching from shore, (but I watched Jen (Miss Texas)do just that, climbing into the Crazy 8's, and giggle about it!)
That impressed the hell outta me! Even though I tend to avoid (at all costs if possible) couples gatherings these days, that night at the bar was a hoot watching everyone! (And Jen did her share of antagonazing a LOT of it!, lol). I learned a lot about all of you.

Congrats to the newlyweds, being married for almost 18 years now, the only piece of wisdom I can offer is once in a while you have to agree to disagree, other than that, have fun and let life happen :thumbup:

Idk I'm sure some will be popping up somewheres...chromey took a bunch and lonnie took some...omar has some too...omar actually has a really good one of me... ;) ...I drank myself sober actually first time I have ever managed to do that...there's some funny stories to tell but I think brad should tell a really good one...it was nice meeting some new people too!

Just got home, what a weekend, Fri night was a hoot, the 5 hour Jack & 7 mission Sat morning was a blast, the wedding was beautiful, didn't party @ the hotel last night, long ass drive today so I hit the rack about 1am. Trust me there were some epic pictures taken, can't wait to see 'em!

Yeah there was a couple reason I went with arizona leopard...mainly cause she was staying in the same hotel...texas cougar was at the page mansion...reason 2 jen said I would need to double up and get hep shots first...anyway still had a good time last night...I'm not saying nothing happened but I'm saying nothing solid...haha that was some funny sh*t though...too bad no one got pics of me giving jens mom a lapdance... :screwy: its hard to say what I was thinking...someone is bound to get some pictures up though

Marriage is a great thing as long as you just always admit she is right and you're wrong lol.
Actually the best advice I ever got about marriage was from my Dad. He told me Marriage is not 50/50, it's 100/100 because you both have to give 100% to make it work. He's been married to my step mom for over 30 years now. Must be doing something right.
