Not this trip, I'm heading for Parker on Friday and coming back Monday

Good deal because I am waiting on my rope and ski... They're on order... Hopefully I'll be able to make it out there. I was diagnosed with either strep or mono today and I'm sporting a 102 degree fever. So like I said hopefully we'll be seeing you guys out there. Give me a call saturday night and I'll give you an update. I'm lucky to be feeling well enough to be out of bed right now. Just started my antibiotics so I'll know by tomorrow morning whether or not I have strep. If I do end up going and Tim would like to go I will reserve him a seat or two on my boat.

beerjet, ARE YOU GOING?

Being boatless, I was going to sit this out; since I have 5 in my family, I didn't want to ask for a ride; however, I now have 2 with plans on Sunday so I only need a ride for me and 2 chillins (12/8).

Before even asking, UNDONE offered up a couple seats (btw, I'll bring my rope and ski); he thinks he may have 3 but I don't want him to bump anyone.
If you're going Omar I thought you may have an extra seat or 2 (if you take Garrett you'll get the pleasure of hearing: "Can I drive"

Clean those boats and lets get to the lake tommorow(Sunday). Looks like Castaic is the poll winner so lets plan on that. Who all is confirmed. Post your name and a pic(if you have one) so we know who we are looking for. Cant miss Beerjet(The floating Creamsicle

Most boaters hang out in Elizabeth Canyon. I would post directions but not good with that. They will give you a map when you pay at the booth.

Sorry guys. I keep getting worse. Been battling whatever this is since tuesday when I picked up the new boat. Went to the dr. thursday, and today there are no improvements. My girlfriend and best friend may end up taking the new boat out... Bob and Tim, you guys met her a few weeks back- Jenny. My friend will be Brandon and another friend Darren will most likely tag along. I have almost completely lost my voice.

Wanabe did take some pics. I forgot my camera. Oops. Met up with Beerjet, Toes, and Undone left a message on my phone but never saw him. He sounded like death warmed over on his message so I dont know if he ever hit the water. Was a great day though. A little windy and VERY choppy. Launched my boat out of the water a few times. Still better than working.

I was out there at about one. I just sat under the bimini and drove, let everyone else have fun. Stayed on the water the whole time. We were on the left side of the lake towards the West Launch ramp over where the ski area is... I think I'm gonna convince my friends to pay for the ski area membership because looking into that cove at glass all day is just unacceptable when you're out there bouncing around only 20 yards away! Surprisingly being out on the boat gave me a bit of a second wind and I thought about getting behind the boat til my little toes touched the water.
New boat did great. Everyone aboard loved it. Haven't been skiing with it yet, hopefully sometime this week. Got my rope in the mail on Friday, so if you guys want a tow just bring a ski or whatever you want to be pulled on. Even surf boards are fair game.

Hey guys...... met up with flytime at the cove ...... the boat was running a lttle hot so I didn't take it out and play. Saw beerjet and the CHINGADERA on the way out. Had to leave early as my wife had to leave town but we will definitely have to do this again...... I think my thermostat was sticking when I first got there and that was the cause of the overheating........ no problems on the way out everything ran fine........ btw..... got my hands on a freebie Edelbrock manifold..... now I just need a carb!
