Title: Quagga Mussel Dealio
Post by: flytime on February 07, 2009, 04:37:25 PM
Can someone please explain this to me? If you go to a lake that does inspections and you pass to get one of those tags does that mean that is the only lake you can launch? Are you good to go for all the lakes? Do they inspect everytime you show up? Do they charge you for those tags? What lakes now require tags? Thanks in advance for all the answers. ;D

Bob the lakes we go to test once and "tag" as long as the tag (cable and lead seal ) is not disturbed your good to launch the next time with out reinspection , if you go some where else they recheck the boat theres been no charge just the inconvenience and "cleaning"  Tom

Thanks Tom and Skip. Tom, That cable looks like it is through the bow eye of the boat and attached to the trailer. Am I seeing it wrong? If not, how the hell do you get the boat off the trailer without disturbing the cable?

They want to prevent the boat from going to another body of water then coming back.... Sort of like your wife giving you ED   ;D
