Replaced the floor, carpet, and seats. Rebuilt the engine and drivetrain. Added cleats and a bimini top, gauges, new paint. All done by hand, by me - no show queen as paint isn't my forte but she runs great!

Total investment including purchase and registration $2470 - might not be pretty but she sure is paid for!  8)

I love working on the jetboat, you can reach in and get your hands on most everything. Much easier than the last boat I restored, a 28' Sea Ray with twin Chevys - you had to be a mole rat to work on the engines, or Stretch Armstrong. LOL

She's turning an "A" impeller 4800 RPM - which I figure is pretty good for a very mild small block Chevy. I'll try to get a GPS speed reading to go along with it.

Have fun!!!! We will be looking to see what the GPS reads. I am curious what SBC will do
