We got the boat out on July 4th for the day at Devils lake, here on the coast. Day of boating was a real kick...cool but a kick. But the best day so far was last weekend we met some family and friends at Fern Ridge (near Eugene, Or). About 85 degrees, good water on the nw side of the lake with a good stiff breeze and chop the rest of the lake. Not too many boats, but enough to enjoy watching. Pulled the kids on a small tube until their arms were ready to fall off. I think we were one of only two jets in the area and ours got more attention than the other. Cant think of how many people came by and asked about it. Anyway, what a great day. You guys that live in warm climates and get out often have absolutely got it made. Anyway, just had to say, what a great day!
