Title: RIP Dave Mirra
Post by: jyeager on February 04, 2016, 06:13:03 PM: I know a few members rode bmx at one point or another. Just wanted to let the so cal community know that BMX legend Dave Mirra is no longer with us.

Got the text from a good friend of mine Larry Edgar a few hours ago. Even though it's been 6 years since I had left the bmx seen, this one hit me a little close to home.

Post by: aquaholic72 on February 05, 2016, 01:53:12 AM: Terrible thing when someone takes their own life.. my condolences to his family and friends.. but thats a chicken shit way out.... i wrestled a pistol away from my mom when i was 16 cuz she was gonna smoke herself, just for her to eat a bottle of pills 6 months later, i woke up to soon for that to work either... i have zero sympathy for the people that take their own lifes!!! Sad but i guess thats just me... rip homeboy..
