Title: Rudder on the pump
Post by: Tomale 1 on January 27, 2016, 06:25:02 PM: I'm getting my pump done and they're putting it together next week. I want to know what people opinions on mounting the rudder back on, now that I have a droop snoot. Anyone have any good pro's and con's? Please any info would be appreciated

Post by: Bunger on January 27, 2016, 09:18:51 PM: I put one on mine and didn't really notice a difference. But left it on thinking that God forbid I lose my motor that it might just give me enough steering to avoid hitting rocks, another boat, ect. Any validity in that?

Good idea. Its just a rock finder and depth gauge anyways.
