had the day from hell!!!! The wife on my ass about money!!!! door handle on my tahoe breaks the inside!!!!! wtf order a starter for my boat get it in finally 2 weeks later!!!! thats a whole other story!! and it dont work!!! i about lost my mind!!!!!!!! this year has been hell, some really great moments followed by some moments you would not wish on your enemy!!!!! does it ever just find an even spot you know where nothing exciting nor bad happens?
cause im about ready for that.
All I can say is, welcome to the club my man...
It will get better, there is no doubt in that. But it wont get better all by itself. You have to sort of push through it like a sprained ankle.
In the last two years, my daughter was diagnosed with type I diabetes, wife gets diagnosed with Celiac, son with Aspergers, mother-in-law has both legs amputated below the knee due circulation issues, father-in-law about to lose his house to foreclosure, wife goes in for emergency back surgery for a herniated disc and has to drop out of the RN nursing school which she was almost done with and my mortgage people are on crack trying to adjust my loan the wrong way.....
For a while there, I thought I was going to lose it...(Maybe did a little). I kept the nose to the grindstone, worked as much as I was able and called my dad twice a week and let go on him (great listener). Find someone to lean on and don't forget to return the favor.
Right now we are just about in controlled chaos. Everything is getting better, money not as tight (still tight) and starting to enjoy life a little more every day.
Hang in there brother.....Do what I do, go out in the boat and sit in the driver seat and make vroom vroom noises. It is incredibly therapeutic.
