Title: San V & El Cap open on the 4th

Just thought I would pass the info along.  Have a fun safe 4th.

On Wednesday, July 4th, all City Lakes will be open for the holiday. San Vicente will be open for water contact only. El Capitan will be open for both fishing and water contact.
