Anytime during the two weeks after Christmas, if anyone is traveling to/thru Ft. Mojave from OC or Riverside-San Berdoo area I have a dirt bike engine that needs a ride.  There is a small possibility of there being 2 of them, but I don't think my wallet can stand the abuse.
If this sounds like you shoot me your number and what kind of beer you drink.

Interesting read if you are into old school so Cal mx.   For a while ol Rex was showing the best in the world how its done.   http://www.groupk.com/1975USGP.htm (http://www.groupk.com/1975USGP.htm)

Now Harry builds some of the baddest lake lice money can buy.  Hell of a nice guy too.  http://www.groupk.com/ (http://www.groupk.com/)

I appreciate the offer 5150.  And Mash On It, I thank you for your service too, getting it down there.  But I believe I will be able to meet the builder (Harry Klemm) at Hansen Dam north of L.A.   He will be in here for this    http://www.2strokeworld.com/forum/index.php?topic=26946.0 (http://www.2strokeworld.com/forum/index.php?topic=26946.0)         if anybody wants to come down and see more 2 stroke stuff than you ever imagined existed.  2 stroke twins and trips on the street are just flat bad ass.

If you were around the So Cal MX scene in the 70's you might remember the day at C-bad when Rex Staten almost beat the best in the world.  The picture of his first moto holeshot was a poster in every kid's room in my neighborhood.   It really was a significant moment in time for all of us CZ riders back in the day, as the Suzukis and Hondas were cutting edge tech and selling like hotcakes.
