She's been my girl since I was 13. And she is deteriorating so rapidly. I'm losing it right now. I know I have to pull it together for her. Thank god I have my two daughters to help me. Tried to get some work done on boat motor but that didn't last long can't concentrate. Her next treatment is in Loma Linda on 3/2/15 unless this shit keeps increasing so fast. I know the end isn't far off. God knows what will happen to me when that happens. I can't tell you all how much your prayers thoughts and support has done for all of us. God Bless
 The Maloney family and friends.

I'll post up when we're in Loma Linda

Tad, I know it's easier said than done, but you've gotta stay strong for her. Surround yourself with friends and family. Vent when you need to, it only makes it harder on you when you try to keep it bottled up, or try to hide emotions.
I went through a very similar situation with my Dad almost a year ago to the day, so I can relate. It's very difficult seeing them in so much pain and being limited as to what you're capable of.

Stay strong bud!

My man. I have really been trying to keep myself separated from your whole situation. Not because I am insensitive, quite the contrary, I cannot seem to approach you without weeping like a little child.

One thing I will say is that you are a beautiful couple and the love I see between you two is awesome and forever. My heart breaks for you.

Remain strong and know that there is not a single moment that I don't have you in my thoughts.

I know you don't know me from Adam, nor I you.

That being said, I am sending you a pm with my phone number. Please feel free to call me anytime if there is something I can do for you and your family.

I am not a wealthy person by any stretch, but have many connections in some places that may be of some help.

Big gigantic hugs. Take care of that special lady.

I wish you the peace and serenity you so desperately need and deserve.

I know this sounds cliche but you and her both need to be positive that you both will survive this. The second either one of you give up, it will overcome you.

My mother was taken from me for the same exact conditions. My last words to her the last time I saw her was "don't give up".

I heard a radio interview the other day and Lance Armstrong was brought up and they talked about one of his books..... Apparently its helped thousands of people help fight the mental fight of cancer - and succeed. Might be worth looking into.

I wish you both the best. Please keep us posted. Don't give up.

. I completely understand I have had a few times where I was ready to give up. I know it was as tough on my wife as it was on me and maybe more. When mine came back after 10 months I had one of those moments seems like a fight that you can't win. Trying to talk yourself into going to the infusion center for your 21st round of chemo was another one of the moments. Unfortunately you can find yourself in some pretty dark places and it takes a true friend to kick your butt and pull back up. Best of wishes in these trying times I will pray for you to nightly.

I don't know about anybody else.  But I am finding this post to be one of the most significant things I have read in a long time.

If I were to try and explain courage, it is right here.

Man.  Life is rough on us sometimes.
You gotta keep pushing, loving, fighting, supporting and most of all accept receiving support!
I have a Co worker hes an older Gentleman who is very involved with his Church is talking to me about life one day and we got into a deep convo.  I myself have had my faith dissolve during my 34 years I tell him.  He asks why and I don't like to talk about it much but I tell him my life story about having a Mother that has suffered for as long as I can remember including being bed ridden for 15 yrs,  my Father who has late stages of Alzheimer's And this past Nov finding out my favorite Aunt has stage 4.  So I tell him how can you explain just bad things unfortunate things happening to great people.  How or why could this stuff happen.  He tells me "You had the gift of loving and caring for them and they had the gift of you" he said things happen to people God doesn't make it happen.  He gave me his view and all but long story short after my talk with him I realized he had points and We gotta focus on positive stuff.  As for sick family and love ones they are hurt and scared and upset and theres no wasy way to get through things in life but You gotta smile on the good stuff.  Your love, your lives together your children.  Don't hold it in it it can eat you up.  Dont think your kids and family arent there for you also.  You gotta vent some off sometimes so you have room to carry others in the bad times.  Try to keep positive
